SRAM DUB adaptor for Bike Measurement and Setup tool

This is an adaptor designed to fit into the majority of SRAM DUB cranks. It is stepped to provide two diameters of 18mm and and 20mm, and will also fit some other older Shimano and RaceFace cranks.
